Is this really accurate enough to trust?
Every extracted item carries a confidence score — high, medium, or low — and links back to the drawing page it came from. The split-screen review is built so you can scan high-confidence rows quickly and focus your attention on the medium and low ones. You're validating the AI's work, not trusting it blindly. We're piloting now and publishing real accuracy numbers from production drawing sets in the next release.
Does it replace estimators?
No — and we're deliberate about that. Parapet does the first read-through so you don't have to. You review, you confirm, you sign off. The judgment stays with you. That's also what your clients and PMs need: a human accountable for the scope.
How does pricing work?

Can estimators correct the AI when it's wrong?
Yes — inline. From the ROD review table, an estimator can change a row's CSI division or section directly and the row relocates to the right group on the spot. Every change is captured in an immutable audit log that's attached to the sign-off package.
Can I see which drawing page each scope item came from?
Yes. Every AI-extracted item is annotated with the source page from the drawing set. Click the eye icon on any row and you jump straight to that page — no hunting through the legend.
What drawing formats do you support?
PDF is the primary format. Multi-page PDFs (full drawing sets) work best. Drawing quality affects accuracy — Parapet will flag low-quality pages before analysis runs.
How does the subcontractor database work?
Import your existing sub list via CSV. Parapet organizes contacts by CSI trade section. Generate a unique quote link per sub and share it directly — no email blast required.
Is our project data secure?
Project files and scope data are isolated per organization with row-level security — no other customer can access your data. PDFs are stored in encrypted cloud storage with signed access URLs. We don't use your project data to train AI models.
